Five Rock Ranch

Five Rock Ranch (formally Flying M Ranch), is a shelter that houses between 60-80 women and children. We have on several occasions provided healthy meals and instruction to the mom’s on the Habits of Health. We have been able to help many of the children with learning disabilities, moms with migraines, others with diabetes, and some with traditional neck and back pain utilizing chiropractic, functional neurology, nutrition and coaching.
